One thing about it, unlike Clinton, Phelps DID inhale...
Now, folks need to get off of his case, he's a kid, he took a hit, I'd be hard pressed to find very many people between his age and mine that haven't taken a few hits...
Just my .02 about it...
Amen to that. And Kelloggs didn't seem to have a problem with him getting a DUI. Hell, if you made as much junk food as Kelloggs you would think that instead of cutting him loose, they would have doubled his salary.
